Biography
With a scientific and artistic background, Franck Demay graduated from the Ecole Boulle in interior architecture (DSAA - Diplôme Supérieur d'Arts Appliqués) in 1994, then from the Ecole d'Architecture de Paris la Villette (Architecte D.P.L.G- Diplômé Par Le Gouvernement) in 2000.
He worked for several years with various Parisian agencies, mainly in the hotel sector, but also in the fields of auditoriums and commercial spaces.
For several years, he worked with a number of Parisian architecture agencies.
In 2004, he founded the Atelier du Torrent in Paris and, in 2015, Studio Delta in Barcelona, to take on projects on a national and international scale.
These projects were merged in 2024 to become Studio Outremer Architectes Associés, bringing together architects, engineers and financiers to provide our clients with greater relevance and flexibility.

Biography
Monica Villar’s career combines early experience in international business tourism with interior design focused on well-being. This dual expertise has enabled her to develop a particular sensitivity to hospitality and comfort.
She works with several Parisian agencies, designing office and relaxation spaces, drawing on her experience in residential projects where she incorporates the principles of neuro-architecture to create environments conducive to concentration and serenity.
She designs spaces to meet the requirements of a dynamic environment whilst promoting relaxation and a balance between people and their surroundings. Her approach combines refined aesthetics with functionality, favouring natural materials and fluid layouts.
It was with this vision in mind that she co-founded Studio Outremer Architectes Associés in 2024. The combined expertise of the architects, interior designers and engineers at Studio Outremer Architectes Associés ensures greater expertise, a wider range of services and greater flexibility for our clients and their projects.
Introduction
Studio Outremer Architectes Associés is an architectural practice based in Paris.
Its broad approach includes landscape, architecture and interior design. The aim is to create an ecosystem in which architecture finds its rightful place.
Our prerogatives allow us to explore geography, ecology and sociology in order to understand the territory and to incorporate the project in the most relevant way.
Our assignments can include programming work to define or specify the functions and elements of the project.
Our approach to the project is forward-looking and co-creative.
Forward-looking, because we study and question the potential in search of the right ergonomics.
Co-creative, because we need to be able to read and understand the architecture and the space at different levels.
